Dedication

This wrinting is dedicated to my family that continuously pray for my well being and success. To my children that understand their father's situation. Understanding the life situation at young age is highly appreciated. The children is my inspire to stay on the path. To friends and associate that fully understand and support.

Introduction

Forty six years of life, filled with colorful and also the black and white. Effort to emerge as techno-preneur or entrepreneur doesn't sound and looks like an easy way up. Thus its a path of easy way down. Number of years in working life and business life, made myself a cool and wise person in my own description.

The circle and cycle of life seems to be fast with age. Life turmoil, economy turmoil and other turmoil faced with no looking back.

Determination, Trust, Respect,, the main elements in building the life path. The elements that create personality and the life path. Honest, Humble and Love are accessories to add colors in life and as catalyst to success.

Self motivated, different angle perspectives, no fail attitude and motto of  Not To Please Everybody and Not Living With People's Perception is the criteria that help in focus the direction that we want take. Just like a lion focusing on its prey.


Kampung Boy

In an early days of a boy from remote rural area, day to day passing by with no clear direction. No vision being set nevertheless the life planning. Amazingly that goes all the way until teenager days. Yes the ambition is spoken out but there is no meaning to that ambitions. It has just plug from the air when the teachers asked. It keep changing as time goes.

The life circle is what is cycle around. If the Kampung is about rubber tapping, nothing going far beyond. Fortunately, being the youngest, with brothers and sisters has moving slightly away from the norm of the village life. life started to evolve as the environment change. Having a father that really emphasis on education is a plus. Education was the top priority then.

No vision is set what is next after education. The mind has not being programmed as and when it should has been set. With no clear direction, what can be achieved? The mind power was under utilized. It has not perform or test to the limit.  

The future is all about what is next as accordance to the current situations, during form 3 is just about to get into form 4, Form 5 to get grade 1. No direction as too ambitious. Too short sighted direction. Probably it was a normal vision for a rural students. The life exposure, family and the environment has any how influenced. No example has been set up to be followed. We are a generation that emerges to set up new standard to be followed.

Speed On North South Highway

Salam,,, semua. Lama tak merapu kat sini coz the whole malaysia is already merapu so tak merapu pun tak pa doesnt make any different.
Salam Aidilfitri yg akan menjelang tiba. Semoga yg balik kampung akan tiba dgn selamat. Bawak lah laju laju.. Asal selamat. Kat hiway tu boleh jem sebab ada yg pandu 110 ja.. Tak perlu pakar maths nak kira kalau 100 kenderaan bergerak, yg paling depan speed 110 agaknya yg belakang sekali berapa speednya? 70 / 80 km/j atau lebih teruk 50 km/j? So jgn salahkan speeding driver ya. Coz speeding driver is more alert than everybody else on the hiway.. Many will agree this, so tak payah la saman yg drive laju. Saman yg slow pulak. Contributor utk road accident yg bawak slow ni. Day dreamer.

So adios ya.. Kudos for road runner you are the saviour for less jammed hiway.

IQ

Tak paham .. tak paham.. while the country is struggling to regain not only from the Malaysian trust but also the international especially the foreign investor. Appointing Ahmad Maslan in MITI is totally insane. He is too genius for that Ministry.. This is really Isketambola or Negeri Pasir Berdengong... he is the great example of higher pointer is not parallel with IQ/EQ..ha ha

There are always two sided of a coin. One side just a brief story a history, culture etc. The other side is the value.. Combining both, tells the actual.. To be continued....ha ha ha

n this beloved country.. If you want to be vocal..... Be a singer... Vocal Politician??? Keparit ...end up politicians become more and more silence.. In malaysian politic, we have silence voters and silence politician,, only in Malaysia

Enough is Enough

Racism???? After half decade of independence, we are still dancing the same music. Same rhythm and will definately from same composer????
Come on la.. Malaysian are all matured. Yes slight differential is normal. Brother and sister in same family also have fractions.
Inter racial offcource perceive different professionalism.

Human is all the same irregards of skin colour in the eye of the Creator. What makes people different is their faith.

On the grass root or the ground level intereacial mix is not an issue. But offcourse with sparks of racism plays by politician, the integration is volatile.

Let urge politician to stop bringing the racism issues. Lets work on the similarities and tolerate in differences.

Every body wanted yo live in harmony. Let treat each and everyone like brothers in a big happy family.

Share the current tiny cake. As the things are going tougher and harder.

Looks beyond. As we cld not predict what is our next, moreover what is our next generation.

Dont let this racial thing confines us. Move forward. Lets be different from others. And dont affraid to be different.

Lingua Franca

Bahasa melayu as lingua franca? Few months back i was shock when mr muhyiddin embark on this move.
Since we were thought of history subject we were exposed to this lingua-franca terminology.

Why should we emphasis on lingua franca thing? When portugese or dutch wanted to invade malacca or when they invaded malacca do they ask people of malacca to speak their language?
When we are in foreign land its a preveilage for us to learn their language.

Without realising bahasa melayu already spoken by more than 1/3 of the world. Off cource not all but many of the nation has a people that can speak malay

How its happened? With extra efford of dewan bahasa? Effort of any ministry? It happened when people come here to work. Vietnamese, nepalese, bangaldeshe all speak malay.

So what else should we do? No need ma?

We must realise that our language is not as old as the mandarin or arabic. We borrow or use a lot from other languages.

Many technical term that we couldnt direct translate.

This is really my view as for me we wasted a lot of time n resources for doing something that really fruitful.

My Country -Malaysia

Malaysia is bless with numerous resources. Human capital resources, comodity etc.

Given the wrong people managing the resources is just like giving the banana to monkey. All are going banana.

With the human resources that we have with different mother tounge, with muslim speaking arabic, english is no issue, mandarin, tamil, urdhu etc you name it we have a people that can coup with that.

So malaysia is the best hub of anything, but why days by days we becoming less superior than other?

As for commodity, also you name it you got it. But why still we took years and years to excell, given vision 2020 also we are still struggling ti get there.

So think ya fellow friends.

The country really need an overhauling or worst come to worst change the engine.

Malaysian Ministers

Apa kah sumbangan menteri2 dlm malaysia? Patut mr najib given two choices to these ministers shape in or ship out. But for me ship out is the best option since they are just a yes man.

What is international trade minister is doing? He travel abroad more frequent than najib? He should do more selling malaysia outside but now najib has sell malaysia until the people has nothing left.

Education minister? Did our education is really improve? Do we produce good graduate that can be hired internationally? So what a point for having so many IPTAs when the country could not provide job and the graduate is not sellable in worldwide jobs market? Are we just produce qualified jobless?

I dont want to comment other ministry as other ministry shld be combined together become lesser than the number of current minister. For example youth, culture n tourism and information should be given to one minister.

Letter To Pi Em

Today the weird idea just flows!!! Ha ha ha so come to next weird action.. Previously i normally wrote in my blog. But seem no one is read ha ha more over lost the password , fb maybe the right avenue to express,,,

Dear mr najib,,

As you may aware, the country is in deep shitt. You as the ceo of this country should act like any other ceo is any organisation.
In bad situation ceo have two options to revam/rewind or option to be sacked.

Since you still want in power, you need to revamp. Unpopolous move is needed.
The whole cabinet ministers need to go.

Difficult to ask your cabinet ministers to leave? Very easy lah. In next cabinet meeting just tell the ministers whoever with you and support you will have to go those against you will stay. So ask you will know who to be out. Ha ha reverse psikology la bro.

Dont worry they wont read my posting here coz they dont seem to do a lot of reading coz they have good pointer already.

Hope could apply this coz the more you wait the more tarnish is done.

This country become more weird. We dont require brain to prosper in this country.
The more brain you use the more heart sick you get. You dont get justified acknowledge with the brain usage.

Last but not least. If you cant take any move let me become Prime Minister of Malaysia for 3 hours..

Economy For Non Economist

‪#‎sayaidrus‬... Ha ha rentetan dari ‪#‎sayazahra‬ banyak pakar pakar ekonomi dan pemimpin pemimpin badan badan pemikir yang bagi komen..
Apa pun yg dikomen apa pun pandangan yang diwar warkan the root is the system itself already rotten. With less attention and awareness from the government. If the issue is not tackle wisely with upcoming negara maju vision. We will be in a big gap of low and high income. Yes we may acheive of higher percapita income but it is not well distributed.
So we can acheive higher income nation but with weak platform.
Anything build on weak platform is danger...
Pikio pikio lah,, from me.. Economy for non economist.,

WHY MALAYSIA STILL BEHIND???

We achieved our independence for more than half century. The age is not too young and if consider human life close to golden age. As the country is considered, that period is justified to achieve develop nation.

The nearby country, Singapura is far ahead than our country. Other SEA nation also picking up fast. Where is our position in the next ten years?

Who to blame if our country become worst from bad? Who is not doing their job? Is this country managed well? A lot of question of wonders. Why and why, who and whom.

The whole management of the country need to be revamp and rewind. The way of the peoples thinking, the method of doing thing and attitude of the people especially the leaders.

How we describe the stability of the country? Without chaos is also consider stable. How about the political games. Intra and inter political party also very volatile in this country. The friction between political party is understood as their aim is different.

As far as the ruling party is concerned, the new era of political scenario should begin. Politicians appointed as cabinet minister should divide or focus the effort and energy of how to make this nation better, give better life to the people.

Politicians who appointed as minister should think that this is the peak of their carrier as politician. To become the next prime minister is a plus. Once seated as minister the performance measure is not based on the party performance but really based on the performance as minister. The people in the party should change the way of perceive the ministers. Support should not be given by the number of time to seee this minister in the party function, but the performance as the nation minister.

Ministers should spend only 10 percent of his time to the party and the rest to the nation. With more time allocations, definitely Malaysia will be the best nation to live to work and to play.

MENTERI BESAR SELANGOR

Terlalu banyak masa yang tenaga diperah untuk melihat kekecohan politik di Selangor berakhir. TSKI seorang yang berkaliber dalam dunia korporat, tetapi dalam politik, resume untuk korporat amat berbeza. Berbeza hulu dan bulu.. berbeza padang dan belalang.

Sikap autoratik memang diperlukan dalam pengurusan, tetapi tidak semua tempat boleh digunakan method yang sama. Sadam Husin dan Taliban diperlukan di Iraq dan Afghanistan. Sikap dan cara selain dari Sadam dan Taliban tidak di kebanyakkan negara lain.

Semua orang tidak akan menyokong pembangkang, apabila pembangkang menyokong, ini sokong yang membawa rebah. Mengapa pihak lawan begitu menyokong TSKI? Tidakkah tempat itu dipuruskan oleh pemimpin parti, dan mengapa TSKI begitu liat hendak melepaskan takhta? Adakah kerana perjuangan yang belum selesai atau ada hajat yang belum kesampaian.

Perjuangan politik akan ada pihak yang meneruskan, kerana setiap perancangan sudah digalurkan dan disusun. Tiada masalah bagi pihak seperjuangan meneruskan langkah. Hajat, cuma yang berhajat sahaja yang mengetahui.

Never Ending Politics In Malaysia

Everyday since 2008, the politics in Malaysia has become commodity. It is far important than the country economy. The ruling ministers emphasis more on politic rather than the responsibility to make the country more economically stable.

Social interaction faded by days. The politician uses races issue to gain more support and as an easy way to attract more supporters.

After decades of independence we still talk about the races issues, the homogeneity of races become brittle. Half century of sharing should make the country more resilience in economy, social interaction and should achieve the status of living at greater height.

The political stability is a must in order to achieve develop nation. With the current status, can we acheive our target to be develop nation? Personally I doubt about it.

The maturity of our politic is nothing less that the new or young country in African  nation. The ruling people in power wanted to ensure that they will be in power forever. A sign of unhealthy politic scenario. Typical example in the Selangor whereby the MB refuse to obey the party leaders to give up the post and acting like the post is really meant for him.

Leaders accused of any scandals reluctant to step out. This is far  different  from other country of which if only their ministry is not performing in handling certain issue, the minister is freely willing to give up the post.

Hope the future politician in this country consist of the group of people that have more integrity towards the political ethic and  take fully responsibility that they are selected by the people to perform their duty to make the country the place to live and the people enjoy their life happily with their family.

Kiss The Ride with My Kawasa

Fokus kali ini ada lah melefer..aku carik sendirik tempat untuk melefer dan main hentam jaaa. Selagi jalan tu boley lalu dan masuk, redah aku pergi ja. Melalui kawasan gunung ganang, kawasan org kampung, off road kawasan gunung ngan kabus yang amat tebal, sungai, sawah padi, menghampiri sempadan Thailand-Myanmar soma tu pengalaman yang amat berharga pada diri aku sambil melihat ciptaan Ilahi dan merasakan diri aku ni kerdil. Aku merentasi north part of Thailand secara solo dan terjalak jap masuk Vientiane, Laos. Alhamdulilah cuaca amat baik ketika aku ride cni, hujan ka panas ka aku bersyukur, terima kasih Tuhan. Alhamdulilah moto x da masalah sepanjang perjalanan, syukur.

Dulu bawak kapcai ke Pakse, Laos pengalaman yang berbeza, bawak big V pengalaman yang berbeza bak kata org kampung den " experience that money can't buy". Maaf ya English saya ni kureng, sekolah x tinggi, sekolah ja yang tinggi. Sekolah kampung katakan.Tapi bila aku sekeping depa paham lah...oh my English.

Itulah harapan kita semua. Meningkat usia lebih mematangkan dalam menghayati bulan Ramadhan. Ramadhan
telah pergi pada waktu yang ditetapkan.. Apakah kita mampu dan sempat menyambut ramadhan di tahun hadapan？ Adakah sempat kira merebut peluang yang dijanjikan saban tahun sejak dahulu lagi. Ganjaran yang pasti bagi yang menunaikan. Kita tidak melunaskan apa yang dijanjikan ganjaran yang pasti. Kita leka dengan sekeling tanpa memikirkan bekalan. Janji kemenangan ini bukan peraduan yang diberikan kepada yang terpilih， tspi untuk semua yang berhak yangengabdikan diri kepada penciptanya. Subhanallah kita sentiasa melepaskan peluang..

Travelling has always been my passion. All this while, I hv been backpacking around the globe for more than 10 years. But now, I am changing my mode of travelling. It all started when I get to know Zahariz Khuzaimah, the crazy Malay guy who cycled China and some parts of Central Asia countries, alone (and at the moment, he is cycling in Iceland; DENGAN BASIKAL AKU MENJELAJAH http://zahariz.wordpress.com/). I was in awe looking at how beautiful the places he had been to. I wanted to do like him, but cycling for me? No, I’m too old to do an extreme cycling trip. Zahariz told me about another guy, Hadi Hussein, who rode from KL to London alone on his 128cc kapchai motorbike. I never heard of him, bcos I never watched TV nor read the newspaper.

HUA SHAN, THE MOUNTAIN OF MAGIC!

While being stucked in Xi’an for almost 2 weeks, I spent 2 days in the mountain of Hua Shan, about 130km east of Xi’an. Huashan is a mountain that I always wanted to climb since many years ago, after I saw the pictures of it from a friend who went there almost 10 years ago. Even looking from the picture, I could sense that this place is magical. It’s a special mountain, and its one of my wishlist.

Sebulan itu 30 hari. Rasulullah membahagikan Ramadhan itu kepada tiga fasa. Fasa pertama adalahrahmat, fasa kedua pula keampunan dan fasa terakhir adalah perlepasan dari api neraka. Secara mudahnya 10 hari pertama adalah untuk rahmat, 10 hari kedua untuk keampunan dan 10 hari ketiga adalah jaminan pelepasan dari api neraka.

In real life people tends to dream, day dream or night dream. Night dream mostly associated with nightmare and also sweet dream.

We are looking forward to have sweet dream. Lovers wishes their loves one sweet dreams as the closing word for the the day.

Dream is regards as well as our aim for the future. Everybody have their own dream, poor dream to be rich, sick dream to be healthy and rich dream to be richer and famous.

Dream is the medicine to cure or ease our current hardship life. Life has never been beauty as dreamed.

We are have a dream. Dream is good to make us more focus and set the target that we want to achieve.  We need to set our target and we need to work hard for it. Without dream we are heading nowhere.

Keep on dreaming and stay focus and alert.
